How long will my account remain active?
Your account will remain active for 90 days from the date of activation.
How do I access my account?
As soon as your account has been activated, you will be provided with a web address, username and password.
Can I access my purchased product from a pc or laptop?
Can I access my purchased product from an iPad or Android tablet device?
Yes. However please be aware that the avatar function will not display on the screen.
Do I need an App for tablet devices?
No. You access the software via our secure website.
Can I access my account through the website?
No. Once your account has been activated, you will receive an email with a web address and your unique login details. Simply enter these when prompted, and you will be taken to your unique homepage.
Can I stop part-way through the course and continue later?
Yes, of course. You can stop or pause at any point. The software then restarts from the point you stopped at the next time you log on.
I have the Functional Skills product. How many times can I take the Initial Assessment?
You can take the Initial Assessment once.
I have the GCSE and Functional Skills product. How many times can I take the Diagnostic Assessment?
You can take the Diagnostic Assessment once.
Are there any help guides or on-screen help?
Yes. You will receive a printable guide with your login details and have access to a help tutorial in the software itself in order to guide you through the whole process.

Can I extend the length of my account?
No. If you want to continue using Skills Anytime for longer than the 90-day period, you will need to purchase it again.
What if I wish to cancel the account?
Your account will automatically expire after 90 days.
