Celebrations begin for Adult Learners’ Week

Today sees the start of Adult Learners’ Week – an annual celebration of adult education organised by NIACE. Now in its 23rd year, Adult Learners’ Week is a chance to raise awareness of lifelong learning opportunities and appreciate the success stories of people who increase their skills set and change their lives.

Hundreds of education providers across the country are holding events, many of which are free to attend. If you’re interested in finding out how you can get involved in an activity in your local area, visit the Adult Learners’ Week website.

At bksb, we support millions of adult learners across the globe with our English, maths and ICT solutions. Our solutions are used by colleges, training providers, prisons and numerous other organisations, and it’s not just students who benefit from our outstanding products.  Many organisations use bksb as part of a CPD strategy, upskilling staff members ‘Functional Skills’. If you’d like to find out how bksb could help you to support adult learners and/or your workforce, then call us on 01623 413333.
