Following the learning resources used to close an identified skill gap, confirmation of competency can now be gained via the interactive bksb
Skill Checks.
There are over 150 self-marking Skill Checks from Entry 3 to Level 3 covering all topics. Each student will only take the ones which are relevant to their individual skill gaps.
Passing the Skill Checks can reflect an important success and motivate the learner, as well as confirming competency. If the learner still requires further work to achieve competency, the printout directs the learner back to the tutor for additional learning support.
This product truly completes the bksb best practice loop, and has proved to be an invaluable addition for all pilot organisations.
